The “Stories of Risk and Resilience” series highlights the experiences of Caribbean countries as they weather the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane season in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This series has been produced in the frame of the World Bank’s Saint Lucia Vision 2030 project financed by the European Union under the Africa, Caribbean, Pacific – European Union Natural Disaster Risk Reduction Program, managed by the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery.
