The second day of the GFDRR Partnership Days focused on the themes of inclusive DRM and the DRM-FCV nexus and featured a video message from Tonga Finance Minister Tatafu Moeaki, as well as live conversations with beneficiaries from Indonesia, Romania and West Bank and Gaza.
