The objectives of this proposed grant are: (a) to
reduce the creation of new disaster risk by deepening the understanding of legal
and regulatory framework applied for built environment and land use planning
and permitting; and (b) to provide advisory services for newly established
National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to strengthen their capacity.
