Following the initial April 25 earthquake, GFDRR helped enable the Government of Nepal to conduct a post-disaster needs assessment (PDNA), in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, European Union (EU), Government of Japan, United Nations (UN), the World Bank, as well as other partners, and with the financial support of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
