This brochure provides a brief overview of the Caribbean Regional Resilience Building Facility. Launched in 2019, the facility is a partnership between the European Union (EU), the World Bank Group, and the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR), set up in the aftermath of 2017 hurricanes Irma and Maria.

The objective of the Facility is to enhance long term resilience and adaptation capacity in the Caribbean region to the benefit of the most vulnerable. It is funded by the EU and is implemented by GFDRR and the World Bank.
