The objective of this
grant is to support the development of a pathway for housing retrofit and
expansion in ger areas for Mongolia's three largest
cities: Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, and Erdenet with a focus on (i) housing retrofit
and construction resilience (structural integrity, climate and disaster
resilience, and affordability) and (ii) access to climate-resilient basic
services (water, sanitation, heating, and electricity).
