Because our work requires creative learning and dialogue, GFDRR Labs has been exploring humor as an unconventional approach to engage people and organizations in difficult conversations about what can go wrong and what to do about it.
We are engaging some of the top talents in the humor+risk field, including Bob Mankoff and Pablo Suarez, to develop interactive sessions and a publication that combines humor and risk. The hope is to inspire safe, innovative communication approaches that make people smile, reflect, and wonder - in ways that support risk management and development work.
