The DC Office of International French Business Delegation (MEDEF) invites you to participate in its next expert webinar on the sustainable infrastructure sector and disaster risk management, on Thursday, September 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (DC time). This session will feature Frederico PEDROSO, Disaster Risk Management Specialist, GFDRR, and his teams; and will be chaired by Gérard WOLF, president of the Sustainable Cities task force and president of BRICS Access.
The webinar will provide an overview of the current strategy and projects of the World Bank Group in the disaster risk management sector, as well as an overview of case studies, technological solutions, and field feedback from French companies in this domain. Finally, the event aims to discuss the opportunities and possible obstacles encountered in the field by actors of the French private sector.
