The overall objective is to strengthen climate and disaster
resilience in six states of the North Eastern Region of India (Assam, Manipur,
Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura) and Himachal Pradesh by assessing risks
and identifying policy and investments options in the focus areas of climate
and disaster resilience, climate finance, renewable energy, as well as
forestry, agriculture, and natural resources.
