The development
objective of the grant is to develop drought resilience in drinking water
supply provision in Sri Lanka by taking a two-pronged approach of: (i)
identifying current drought risk hotspots nationally and in the future; and
(ii) developing risk preparedness and reduction strategy for selected districts
under the project.
