Vietnam: Resilience to Saline Intrusion in the Mekong Delta: Impacts and Solutions for Drinking Water Supply

The objectives of this Grant are: i) to deepen the understanding of
climate related impacts of drought and saline intrusion and other hazards on drinking
water supplies for the Mekong Delta region; ii) to identify and develop the
methods, tools and institutional responsibilities that link climate risk and
vulnerability assessments to water system planning and design, and iii) to
identify appropriate structural and non-structural interventions to build
sustainability and climate resilience, particularly related to rural water
supplied.
