The objective of this ASA is to support two Moroccan pilot cities in designing and preparing their urban resilience strategies and prioritize, 3-5 years financeable action plans that strengthen their overall resilience to natural disasters. This will be done through a resilience diagnostic that will allow the local government to make evidence-based decisions to strengthen the overall resilience of their systems, institutions, and services.
