This project is part of a broader ACP-EU Program "Building Disaster Resilience to Natural Hazards in Sub-Saharan African Regions, Countries and Communities" focusing on Regional Economic Communities (RECs) (namely Result Area 2) with the main following objective: African Regional Economic Communities have DRR coordination, planning and policy advisory capacities operational to support their respective member states and regional and sub-regional programs.
