The objective of the grant is two-fold: i) to support SEDAPAL (Lima’s water utility) improve its resilience to hydro-meteorological disasters (particularly floods and droughts), and ii) to strengthen the disaster risk management (DRM) capacity of water utilities and other sector institutions in Peru.It includes two specific activities: (i) Integrating and scaling up Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in Lima´s Water Utility - SEDAPAL and (ii) Integrating Decision Making under Deep Uncertainty (DMDU) in Investment Planning for WSS projects in SEDAPAL.
