objective of this grant is to support the Government of Bolivia (GoB)
mainstream resilience in the provision of water and sanitation services.

To achieve this objective the proposed grant will
provide advisory services and knowledge exchange activities to help utilities
improve overall resilience of their systems and minimize service disruptions in
the face of extreme climate conditions and disasters. The grant will focus on
two main areas: (i) design of more resilient infrastructure and (ii) broader
planning process that includes disaster risk management plans, natured based
solutions, and decision making under deep uncertainty (DMDU).
