The objective of this grant is to develop a comprehensive investment plan for resilience needs in coastal Nigeria. The grant will identify communities and infrastructure most at risk to coastal erosion and flooding, and develop potential solutions for adaptation. Solutions will be developed at the pre-feasibility level. While the bulk of the grant's focus will be on developing resilient infrastructure solutions, the grant will also address issues of governance and policy related to resilient coastal zone management.
