Project Development Objective is to improve the resilience of the urban
transport system in Douala. This would be achieved by helping to incorporate
disaster and climate risk in its spatial planning, technical design, and
operation as well as by enhancing the capacity of the municipal and national
institutions to systematically consider natural hazards in urban transport
planning and management.
