The Global Program aims to generate targeted knowledge,
tools and operational support to Government Clients, through Regional Task
Teams, to promote improved project conceptualization, design and implementation
in resilient infrastructure investments. To
achieve the goal to promote resilience in the infrastructure sector, the following outputs are aimed:

- Operational Support: focused on providing Task Teams with contributions
to both project design cycle (identification, preparation/design and
implementation) as well as Terms of Reference, review of consultancies, etc.;

- Tools and
Knowledge: identification and
development of analytic tools to allow technical sound assessments to inform
client dialogue and investment planning; and

- Capacity
Building: a knowledge sharing platform to
allow cross fertilization of lessons learned and exchange between Task Teams
and clients.
