The objective is to enhance the capacity of Tra Vinh province in providing social protection to potentially affected households in response to disasters and high-intensity climate events. The technical assistance will strengthen the resilience of the existing social assistance system to be more responsive to natural hazards – replicating past efforts in Can Tho province in Tra Vinh province. Grant-financed activities will aim to have broader nationwide impact in Vietnam.Grant includes following main activities:1: Development of vulnerability map and disaster responsive household database and MIS2: Facilitating households to undertake self-registration3: Knowledge sharing and transferring
