Enhancing DRR and Urban resilience in Cap Haitien.

The
TA aims to strengthen the technical capacity of the municipality of Cap Haïtien
and the relevant line ministries to: (i) Plan and conduct flood risk reduction
measures in Cap Haïtien, including large hydraulic engineering works and
non-structural risk reduction measures in urban watersheds, including green
infrastructure initiatives; and (ii)
integrate Disaster Risk Management (DRM) considerations in the design and implementation
of urban infrastructure improvements in the
Cap Haïtien agglomeration.
