The objective is to strengthen the City of Beirut's technical understanding of the specific shocks and stresses that were identified as priorities for Beirut during the first phase of this technical assistance. It works to detail the city resilience strategy with the aim of helping generate interest in city-level investment plans needed to protect lives and assets by reducing key associated risks. The grant will support the expansion of the overall preliminary risk diagnostics led in CURMCB Phase 1.
