The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to improve affordability of high quality sovereign catastrophe risk transfer associated with earthquakes and climate-related events for CCRIF Participating Countries. The objective of this grant specifically is to improve access to and affordability of insurance products for climate and geophysical risk to Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs), as well as to increase the capacity of OCT decisions makers to strengthen financial protection through training and targeting services.
